Anti-Sexual Harassment Cell

As per the guidelines of anna university, Anti sexual harassment cell has been established by VSB College of Engineering Technical Campus to provide a healthy and congential atmosphere to the staff and students of the college.
The cell has well developed guidelines and norms for a policy to upload zero tolerance towards sexual harassment. The aim of the cell is that achieving gender equality, removal of gender bias or discrimination, sexual harassment gender-based violence by organizing awareness programmes for the benefit of all members of the college.

The Role of the cell

  • Prevent discrimination and sexual harassment against women by promoting gender amity among students and employees.

  • If any occurs , it should be dealt in a time bound manner.

  • To ensure appropriate action is taken against offender.
