About the Department

The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering was established in the year 2012. It offers an UG Course namely B.E Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a Sanctioned intake of 60. The department is instituted with a vision to meet the world’s sky-rocketing demand for electricity. It deals with the study and application of Electricity, Electronics and Electro Magnetism. The areas of development in Electrical and Electronics Engineering have brought remarkable advancements and are essential for the functioning of the modern world. Students are educated in Control Systems, which play a vital role in the automation of modern equipment. They also gain knowledge in fault analysis, Stability analysis  and corrective measures in power systems. Therefore, we can say that the Electrical and Electronics Course equips students with comprehensive Knowledge in the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
